Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the United States. Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.

Unused diffusers in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We stand behind every product we sell with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened oils cannot be returned. This is why we offer our Scent Sample Pack, which lets you experience 15 of our best-selling scents before committing to a full-size bottle.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through our contact page. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process with a return shipping label.

Our premium fragrance oils are formulated for use with cold-air nebulizing diffusers. They are compatible with most cold-air diffuser brands that use direct-pour, waterless technology. We do not recommend using our oils in water-based or heat-based diffusers, as this can alter the scent profile and damage the equipment.

Cold-air diffusion uses nebulizing technology to break fragrance oils into a fine mist of nanoparticles without heat, water, or dilution. This preserves the full integrity of the scent profile and distributes it evenly throughout your space. The result is a pure, residue-free fragrance experience that is safe for HVAC systems and indoor environments.

We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 60 days to maintain optimal performance:

1. Remove the fragrance oil bottle completely
2. Ensure the reservoir is empty with no oil remaining
3. Add a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol directly into the reservoir
4. Run the diffuser for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area away from open flames or heat sources
5. Allow vapors to dissipate completely before resuming normal use

Use 99% isopropyl alcohol only. Lower concentrations contain water, which can damage your diffuser.

No. All Mila Marie Scents diffusers use waterless, heatless cold-air technology. Oils are placed directly into the reservoir and diffused as a pure nano-mist. There is no water dilution, no heat application, and no residue left behind. This preserves the full scent profile and ensures clean, consistent fragrance.
