Our fragrance oils are IFRA-certified and formulated with high-quality, phthalate-free ingredients that meet international safety standards. However, we always recommend using any home fragrance product in a well-ventilated space. If you have specific concerns about pets or sensitivities, we suggest consulting with your veterinarian or healthcare provider. Our diffusers also feature programmable schedules so you can control when they operate.

We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 60 days to keep it performing at its best.

How to Clean:
1. Remove the fragrance oil bottle completely
2. Make sure the reservoir is empty with no oil remaining inside
3. Add a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol directly into the reservoir
4. Run the diffuser for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area or near an open window

⚠️ Warning: Isopropyl alcohol produces flammable vapors. Always run the cleaning cycle in a well-ventilated area away from open flames, candles, or any heat sources.

5. Allow it to run until the alcohol vapors have completely dissipated before resuming normal use

⚠️ Use 99% isopropyl alcohol only—lower concentrations contain water which can damage your diffuser.

Regular cleaning prevents oil buildup and ensures your diffuser delivers consistent, long-lasting fragrance performance.

We want you to love your Mila Marie experience. Unused diffusers in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened oils cannot be returned—this is why we offer our Sample Pack to help you find your perfect scent before buying full-size.
