Do I need to buy a diffuser and oils together?
Not at all. You can purchase diffusers and oils individually. Building a system simply rewards you with deeper oil savings the more oils you add. But there's no obligation to bundle.
How does the tiered discount work?
The more oils you select, the more you save. Pick 2 oils for 15% off, 3 for 20% off, or 5 for 25% off, our best value. At least one diffuser is required to unlock savings. Your discount is applied automatically to your oils at checkout, no code needed. Diffusers are always full price.
How long do the fragrance oils last?
Our premium cold-air fragrance oils are highly concentrated. A single 120ml bottle lasts up to 30 days or more depending on your diffuser settings and usage. In cold-air diffusers, a little goes a long way.
Which diffuser is right for my space?
For small rooms (up to 700 sq ft), the ECHO Mini is perfect. For medium to large spaces (up to 1,500 sq ft), the ECHO is our most popular choice. The PULSE covers up to 1,800 sq ft with smart HVAC and Bluetooth control. The Elite Mini Pro offers quiet, wireless coverage in a sleek tower design.
Why is the discount only on oils?
Our diffusers are premium hardware sold at their true price — no markup games. The tiered savings reward you for building your oil collection, where the real ongoing value is. The more oils you add, the more you save on the part of your system you'll reorder.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is included on all orders over $100 within the USA. Most system bundles will qualify automatically.
What is the return policy?
Diffusers include a 30-day return policy — if it's not right for your space, send it back hassle-free. Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned due to their nature, but unopened oils in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
