How do I maintain my diffuser?

We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 60 days using 99% isopropyl alcohol. Remove the fragrance oil bottle, empty the reservoir, add a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol directly into the reservoir, and run the diffuser for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area away from open flames or heat sources. Use 99% isopropyl alcohol only—lower concentrations contain water which can damage your diffuser. Regular cleaning prevents oil buildup and ensures consistent, long-lasting fragrance performance.

What is your return policy?

All diffusers are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — try it in your space, and if you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund with no restocking fee.
