We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched from our US-based facility. We are working to expand to additional regions in the future.

In stock orders ship the day after ordering, except Saturday orders ship on Monday. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 calendar days. These estimates do not apply to preorders. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of $150 or more within the United States. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.95 (the $15 Scent Sample Pack ships free).

Diffusers have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Request approval before returning a diffuser. Return the diffuser in its original packaging as received, with all packaging included and all oil removed. Missing packaging, or damage caused by oil left in the diffuser, voids the refund. After the first 30 days, manufacturer warranty coverage runs through 1 year from the purchase date. Shipping and processing fees apply: ECHO $69, Elite Mini Pro $99, HALO Tower $149, INFINITY $149 and Car Pro $49. The ECHO Mini fee is $49.

Request a fragrance oil return within 14 days of delivery. Oils must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened oils cannot be returned. This is why we offer our Scent Sample Pack, which lets you experience 15 of our best-selling scents before committing to a full-size bottle.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through our contact page. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process with a return shipping label.

Our diffusers are designed for different coverage areas:

• ECHO Mini — Up to 700 sq ft (bedrooms, offices)
• Elite Mini Pro — Up to 1,000 sq ft (living rooms, small offices)
• ECHO — Up to 1,500 sq ft (open living spaces)
• HALO Tower — Up to 4,000 sq ft (large homes, commercial spaces)
• INFINITY HVAC — Recommended for homes 1,500 to 4,000+ sq ft. Maximum technical capacity up to 16,000 sq ft, depending on layout and airflow (whole home, HVAC integrated)

Our premium fragrance oils are formulated for use with cold-air nebulizing diffusers. They are compatible with most cold-air diffuser brands that use direct-pour, waterless technology. We do not recommend using our oils in water-based or heat-based diffusers, as this can alter the scent profile and damage the equipment.

Cold-air diffusion uses nebulizing technology to break fragrance oils into a fine mist of nanoparticles without heat, water, or dilution. This preserves the full integrity of the scent profile and distributes it evenly throughout your space. The result is a pure, residue-free fragrance experience that is safe for HVAC systems and indoor environments.

We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 60 days to maintain optimal performance:

1. Remove the fragrance oil bottle completely
2. Ensure the reservoir is empty with no oil remaining
3. Add a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol directly into the reservoir
4. Run the diffuser for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area away from open flames or heat sources
5. Allow vapors to dissipate completely before resuming normal use

Use 99% isopropyl alcohol only. Lower concentrations contain water, which can damage your diffuser.

Our fragrance oils are formulated with IFRA-compliant, phthalate-free, and paraben-free ingredients that meet internationally recognized fragrance safety standards.

Our cold-air diffusers disperse fragrance without heat, flames, or water, allowing you to enjoy a consistent scent while controlling the schedule and intensity through the diffuser settings.

As with any home fragrance product, individual sensitivities may vary. If a member of your household has known fragrance sensitivities or respiratory conditions, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

No. All Mila Marie Scents diffusers use waterless, heatless cold-air technology. Oils are placed directly into the reservoir and diffused as a pure nano-mist. There is no water dilution, no heat application, and no residue left behind. This preserves the full scent profile and ensures clean, consistent fragrance.
