What is your return policy?

Diffusers have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Request approval before returning a diffuser. Return it in its original packaging as received, with all packaging included and all oil removed. Missing packaging, or damage caused by oil left in the diffuser, voids the refund.

After the first 30 days, manufacturer warranty coverage runs through 1 year from the purchase date. Shipping and processing fees apply: ECHO $69, Elite Mini Pro $99, HALO Tower $149, INFINITY $149 and Car Pro $49. The ECHO Mini fee is $49.

Request a fragrance oil return within 14 days of delivery. Oils must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened oils cannot be returned. Read all return conditions.

How fast is shipping and what does it cost?

We currently ship within the USA only, with estimated delivery in 3 to 7 calendar days. In stock orders ship the day after ordering, except Saturday orders ship on Monday. These estimates do not apply to preorders. Qualifying US orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.95. The $15 Scent Sample Pack ships free.

Will these oils work with my diffuser?

Yes. Our fragrance oils are formulated for waterless cold-air and nebulizing diffusers, including HVAC systems. See our Diffuser Compatibility Guide for full details on supported systems.

Are these the actual hotel fragrances?

No. All of our fragrance oils are proprietary Mila Marie Scents formulations, independently developed for waterless cold-air nebulizing diffusers. They are inspired by well-known scent profiles for descriptive identification only, and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any hotel or brand.

How do I choose the right scent?

How much space does one bottle cover?

Coverage depends on your diffuser. Our cold-air diffusers range from compact cordless towers for rooms and open-concept spaces to whole-home and commercial HVAC systems. Pair any of our 120ml, 200ml, or 500ml bottles with the diffuser that matches your space, and see each product page for its listed coverage area.
