Which diffuser is right for my space?

INFINITY is recommended for homes 1,500 to 4,000+ sq ft with compatible HVAC ductwork. Choose a room diffuser for individual spaces or Car Pro for your car. Compare the coverage and setup details on each product page. The right choice depends on room layout, airflow and your preferred scent strength.

What does the coverage rating mean?

Coverage is a guide, not a guarantee of the same scent strength in every space. Layout, airflow, placement and intensity settings affect performance. INFINITY is recommended for homes 1,500 to 4,000+ sq ft. Its maximum technical capacity is up to 16,000 sq ft, depending on your HVAC setup, layout and settings. That maximum is not a minimum home size.

Which oils should I use?

Use fragrance oils made for compatible cold air diffusers and follow your model’s instructions. Do not add water or mix oils with water. The INFINITY bundle includes three selected 200ml oils. Check oil bottle size and model compatibility before ordering.

When will my order arrive?

In stock orders ship the day after ordering, except Saturday orders ship Monday. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 calendar days. Preorders follow their stated product notice. Qualifying US orders of $150 or more ship free; final shipping is shown at checkout.

How do returns and warranty service work?

Diffusers have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, including diffusers purchased on sale. Return approval is required. Return the diffuser in its original packaging as received, with all packaging included and all oil removed. Missing packaging or damage caused by oil left inside makes the refund ineligible. After the first 30 days, manufacturer warranty coverage runs through 1 year from purchase, with model specific shipping and processing fees.
