Returns
Elite Mini Pro has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. Return the diffuser in its original packaging as received, with all packaging included and all oil removed. Missing packaging, or damage caused by oil left in the diffuser, voids the refund. Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned.
Request approval before sending a return. Sale purchases follow the same return conditions as regular purchases. Opened fragrance oils and gift cards cannot be returned. Read all return conditions.
Manufacturer warranty
After the first 30 days, manufacturer warranty coverage runs through 1 year from the purchase date. A shipping and processing fee applies. The fee for Elite Mini Pro is $99.
