Which Diffusers Come With Oil — And Is the Bundle Worth It?

Some of our diffusers ship with fragrance and some don't. It's the last thing people check before checking out, and it matters more than it looks — so here's how each one comes.

What's in the box

Diffuser	Price	Oil included?
INFINITY	$399	Yes — three premium oils, standard
HALO Tower	$229, or $299 with oils	Your choice
PULSE	$149	No
ECHO	$139	No
Elite Mini Pro	$129	No
ECHO Mini	$89	No

So the only real decision is on the HALO Tower: $229 on its own, or $299 with three premium oils. That's $70 for three bottles you'd otherwise buy separately.

The thing people underestimate

A diffuser with no oil in it does nothing at all. It isn't a device that works a bit less well without fragrance — it produces no scent whatsoever.

Every week someone buys a diffuser alone, unpacks it, and realises they need to place a second order and wait again. The unit sits on the counter doing nothing in the meantime.

That's why the INFINITY ships with three oils as standard: a whole-home system that arrives empty is a frustrating first day.

When to take the HALO bundle

You don't own any of our oils yet. Which covers most first-time buyers. You need oil, and it arrives in the same box.

You're not sure which scent you want. Three bottles means three chances to find the one that suits your home, rather than betting a single order on a guess.

It's a gift. A diffuser with nothing to put in it is a strange thing to unwrap.

You're scenting a large space. A 4,000 sq ft floor unit moves through oil faster than a bedroom unit. Three bottles is a realistic starting supply.

When to skip it

We'd rather tell you than sell you something you don't need.

You already have oil you like. If you're upgrading from another of our units, buy the HALO alone and keep using what you have. Our oils work across the whole range.

You only want one specific scent. If you know you want a 500ml of Classic White Tea and nothing else, buy the unit at $229 and the 500ml separately — the largest bottle is the best per-millilitre value we sell.

You're buying for a business. A salon or clinic running one signature scent continuously is better served by 500ml bottles of that scent than by three different fragrances.

For the units that don't include oil

Add a bottle at checkout. For the PULSE, ECHO, Elite Mini Pro, or ECHO Mini, a 120ml or 200ml is a sensible first bottle; move to 500ml once you've settled on a scent.

A cheaper way to decide

If the hesitation is really "what if I don't like the scents," there's a $15 answer.

The Scent Card Sample Pack puts 15 of our best-sellers in front of you. Try them in the actual room, pick the one you want, then buy the diffuser with the oil you've already chosen.
