Free US shipping is available on qualifying orders. Standard shipping is $9.95 when free shipping does not apply. The Scent Sample Pack ships free. Your final shipping rate is shown at checkout.
In stock orders ship the day after ordering, except Saturday orders ship on Monday. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 calendar days. These estimates do not apply to preorders. For preorder items, check the product notice before ordering. Tracking is sent once your order ships. Read the shipping policy.
Returns
Request a fragrance oil return within 14 days of delivery. Oils must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened oils cannot be returned.
If your return is approved, we will send a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned items and approve the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of refund approval.
Request approval before sending a return. Sale purchases follow the same return conditions as regular purchases. Opened fragrance oils and gift cards cannot be returned. Read all return conditions.

Use this fragrance oil in a compatible waterless cold air nebulizing diffuser. Our oils are not recommended for water based or heated diffusers. Check diffuser compatibility before ordering.
Do I add water to the oil?
No. Use the oil undiluted in a compatible diffuser, following your machine’s instructions.
How much space will it scent?
Coverage depends on the diffuser, not the oil. Match your diffuser’s rated coverage to your space.
