How long do your fragrance oils last?

Our premium fragrance oils are highly concentrated and designed for use with our cold-air diffusers. A single 100ml bottle typically lasts 1-3 months depending on usage intensity and room size. The diffuser settings allow you to control the output, so you can extend or intensify the fragrance based on your preference.

Are your products safe for pets and children?

Our fragrance oils are formulated with IFRA-compliant, phthalate-free, and paraben-free ingredients that meet internationally recognized fragrance safety standards. Our cold-air diffusers disperse fragrance without heat, flames, or water, allowing you to enjoy a consistent scent while controlling the schedule and intensity through the diffuser settings. How do I maintain my diffuser?

We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 60 days using 99% isopropyl alcohol. Remove the fragrance oil bottle, empty the reservoir, add a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol directly into the reservoir, and run the diffuser for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area away from open flames or heat sources. Use 99% isopropyl alcohol only—lower concentrations contain water which can damage your diffuser. Regular cleaning prevents oil buildup and ensures consistent, long-lasting fragrance performance.

What is your return policy?

Unused diffusers in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened oils cannot be returned—this is why we offer our Sample Pack to help you find your perfect scent before buying full-size.
