No. Equipment is a one-time purchase with no multi-year contract and no lock-in. Fragrance oils are ordered as needed, or you can choose an optional subscription that saves 20% and includes free shipping. The subscription can be cancelled anytime.
Do you install, or do I?
We install locally and in person. We do not ship a box and leave you to figure it out. After installation, we adjust intensity on site to match your space and preference.
Will it work with my existing HVAC?
Yes. Our PULSE and INFINITY systems connect directly to your existing HVAC ductwork, distributing fragrance evenly through every vent. No new ductwork is required.
What if my space has no ductwork?
Our ECHO and HALO Tower systems are standalone units that require no ductwork and no HVAC connection. The ECHO covers up to 1,500 sq ft from a shelf or counter, and the HALO Tower covers up to 4,000 sq ft as a free-standing floor unit.
How long does a fill last in a commercial space?
At standard intensity, a 200ml fragrance bottle lasts approximately 30 days. The HALO Tower uses an 800ml reservoir that lasts weeks between top-ups. Commercial spaces running at higher intensity settings will use oil faster. We adjust settings on site to balance fragrance strength with oil consumption.
Is it safe for clients, staff, and pets?
Our fragrance oils are IFRA compliant, phthalate-free, and paraben-free. All diffusers use waterless cold-air nano-mist technology with no heat, no flame, and no hot surfaces. We address any specific safety considerations for your business environment during your consultation.
